Blizzard si Activision se unesc

Activision si Blizzard au spus ca vor forma cea mai profitabila afacere cu jocuri intr-o intelegere in valoare de $18.8 miliarde.

Blizzard este cel mai mare jucator din industria jocurilor online. Nou infiintata companie se va numi  Activision Blizzard si chief executive va fi  actualul CEO de la Activision, Bobby Kotick. Vivendi (grupul media ce detine Blizzard) va fi cel mai mare actionar din grup.
